The EnLIGHTener... is published nine months each year by the Ponce de Leon Inlet Sail & Power Squadron. District 23, United States Power Squadrons. Please welcome our new EnLIGHTener editor Terry Pallas, who has accepted the challenge of picking up for the "semi-retiring" Elaine Reichert. Elaine promises to stick-it-out with Terry (and teach him right from wrong) during the transition phase. Elaine, KUDOS FROM ALL OF USE for your great accomplishment as the long-term editor/production team leader for such an outstanding award-winning squadron publication; the EnLIGHTener.
